رقم 1208 - خطورة الحلف كذبا
رب اغفر لي ولوالدي، رب ارحمهما كما ربياني صغيرا
عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أُنَيْسٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِنَّ مِنْ أَكْبَرِ الْكَبَائِرِ الشِّرْكُ بِاللَّهِ وَعُقُوقُ الْوَالِدَيْنِ وَالْيَمِينُ الْغَمُوسُ وَمَا حَلَفَ حَالِفٌ بِاللَّهِ يَمِينَ صَبْرٍ فَأَدْخَلَ فِيهَا مِثْلَ جَنَاحِ بَعُوضَةٍ إِلَّا جُعِلَتْ نُكْتَةً فِي قَلْبِهِ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ ". اليمين الغموس: اليمين الكاذبة، أدخل فيها مثل جناح بعوضة: أي حلف على مال أو بضاعة أو متاع أخذها بغير حق، وما أكثر التجار الذين يحلفون على سلعهم والله المستعان. . أخرجه أحمد والترمذي وقال : حسن غريب . وابن حبان ، والطبراني فى الأوسط ، والحاكم وقال : صحيح الإسناد . والضياء وأخرجه أيضًا : ابن أبى عاصم فى الآحاد والمثاني وأبو نعيم فى الحلية وحسنه الألباني (صحيح الجامع ).
