1.) Create a transparent image (PNG,JPEG ect..) and transfer it to your phone.
2. Using your mobile application "FILE EXPLORER_EXE" locate / find it in your phone memory directory and on the option menu select "SET AS OPERATOR LOGO" phone will reboot/ restart.
3. FILE EXPLORER application are available on other sites for free just find it on the internet.
